Stealth’s Product team is part of the Chief Technology Officer’s organization and is responsible for providing our customers with world class technology. Our product focus includes IP cameras, video management software, outdoor video servers, wireless systems, solar solutions, other IOT Devices, and more.
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our entry management product line. A successful individual in this role is obsessed with understanding the needs of our customers and delivering the best possible experience in line with our company goals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our entry management solutions from idea to end of life, including rollout, training, product performance management and reporting. We seek an exceptional, self-driven, and experienced professional.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
Product Management
- Own Stealth’s products and services related to entry management
- Meet regularly with external users and internal stakeholders to ensure we are building the right products, tracking success metrics, and communicating developments
- Influence peers and leadership, leveraging insights from various sources, including product performance metrics, research, customer support, and competitor/industry research
- Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth, be the go-to expert about your products and their differentiated features
- Prioritize product roadmap
- Develop product training materials and lead product training sessions.
- Implement product management processes and supporting tools
**Education**
Required:
Post-secondary diploma/degree/master or Equivalent in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
**Experience**
Required:
- Experience with hardware and service based products
- Proven product management experience
- Skilled in collaborating effectively with cross functional teams
- Demonstrated strength in leading through influence
- Ability to produce and present presentation ready documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and time management skills
Preferred:
- Management experience
- Exposure to security related electronics, IOT and software
