POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice-President, Quebec, Atlantic and Advisory Services, you are the central pillar that oversees the organization, priority management and the smooth running of the work. CHALLENGES TO BE MET- You support the Senior Vice-President in determining priorities and the organization of the work. You manage the agenda, organize meetings and carry out the resulting tasks (booking rooms and business trips, agendas, conferences, budgets, etc.).- You provide administrative support by maintaining and coordinating a wide range of documents such as presentations, reports, executive committee documents, budgets, invoices, etc., and coordinating activities related to the premises.- You build good relationships with all the BDC staff members, executive committees, regional team members and external parties to ensure ongoing dissemination and the coordination of the information.- You develop and maintain database systems and records, and process confidential data (evaluation reports, succession and career advancement recommendations, and other human resources documents.)- You administer the security clearance program in conjunction with the federal government.- You write various communications in both official languages (English and French).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Do you have a college diploma or a university degree in business administration?- Do you have experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting higher management?- Do you have excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)?- Do you have excellent ability to manage pressure and maintain professional relationships with internal/external stakeholders?- Are you self-taught and have the ability to multitask at the same time?- Do you have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English and French?
