Our local residential painting business is hiring crew managers to work throughout the summer, and year round.

As a crew manager, you will be managing a team of painters while painting the exterior and interior of residential homes around Burlington / Halton Region. We are searching for individuals with strong leadership skills and work ethic.

This is a full time job with hours between 40-50 each week. Pay is biweekly. Must be able to work full time through the months of May to September. There is a minimum of 5 work days each week. Earn $18/hour to start with 4% production comission on top.

We are seeking the most hard working, enthusiastic and skilled to join our team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Have experience in a leadership position
- Have reliable transportation to job sites, having our own vehicle is an asset.
- Ability to learn quick and problem solve.
- Must be comfortable working on ladders.
- Always having a positive attitude.
- Stay organized
- Must enjoy working outdoors.
- Enthusiastic and sociable with customers.
- Be a team player, hard worker, self-motivated and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a new system
- Painting experience is not required.
