**Job Summary**:
As a Restaurant Supervisor at Church's Chicken, you will oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing workflow, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure, and a dedication to upholding Church's Chicken standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet operational demands.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Church's Chicken standards.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and equipment.
- Implement promotional activities and suggest strategies to increase sales.
- Prepare reports on sales and financial performance as required.

- Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and coach team members.

**Job Type**: Part-time
