REQUIRED

Yale PGC, LLP Chartered Professional Accountants, located in Richmond Hill, is looking to hire a full time administrative person.

Requirements are:

- previous experience in admin is an asset.
- experience with MS Office (word, Excel & Outlook) & ability to learn new systems with ease.
- fluency in English (verbal & written) with strong communication skills.
- strong fundamental knowledge of the accounting cycle and CaseWare is an asset.
- strong team player, highly organized, reliable, punctual & strong multitasker
- a mature, stable individual would thrive in this environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- quality control regarding visual presentation of financial statements
- coordinating delivery of final packages to clients
- general administrative duties including intake of client documents, management of mail, photocopying and scanning
- arranging courier services
- accounts receivable follow up with clients for overdue accounts
- quality management of paper & electronic files such as retrieval, storage & set-up
- preparing engagement letters & correspondence
- setting up client files in various software

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
