Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as our **Admin and Hospitality Specialist**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Coordinate and provide administrative support on all HR issues including, but not limited to, recruitment, HR orientation, training, employee and labour relations, and performance management
- Work closely with Payroll and Benefits department to address any issues
- Assist our Occupational Health & Safety and Quality Assurance departments in ensuring units and associates adhere to the Company policies
- Provide support for Pay Equity and the Employee Equity Program
- Support the opening of new units
- Record and respond to customer inquiries
- Improve quality service by recommending improved processes.
- Compile, organize, manage, and update text and numerical data and information, entering it into spreadsheets and databases
- Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure a well-stocked office
- Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format
- Coordinate communication between various departments

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management
- Strong knowledge of current legislation in Employment Standards, Human Rights Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Highly motivated, energetic individual able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Readily adaptable to changing work priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)
