Join to apply for the Labor Relations Specialist role at HR Associates Labour Relations Specialist Overview Our client in the broader public sector is seeking an experienced Labour Relations Specialist for a temporary assignment. This hands-on advisory role supports complex labour relations, promoting positive employee–management relations and compliance with agreements and legislation. You’ll provide guidance on bargaining, grievances, and contract interpretation while supporting managers and HR in resolving workplace issues and union discussions. You will also contribute to policy development, assist with labour relations reporting and analytics, coordinate stakeholder communications, and support initiatives aimed at improving labour–management collaboration and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities Support complex labour relations in a timely, compliant manner and promote positive employee–management relations. Provide guidance on bargaining, grievances, and contract interpretation while supporting managers and HR in resolving workplace issues and union discussions. Contribute to policy development and assist with labour relations reporting and analytics. Coordinate stakeholder communications and support initiatives aimed at improving labour–management collaboration and organizational effectiveness.
