This is a contract-based role with a possibility of renewal, ideal for someone with a strong background in restaurant operations, inventory control, and data management.

**Responsibilities**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and configure our **MarketMan** account from the ground up to match our restaurant’s operational needs
- Input, organize, and clean supplier, vendor, and inventory data for accuracy and ease of use
- Assign appropriate **product categories, units of measurement, storage locations**, and par levels
- Customize **ordering schedules**, vendor details, and delivery instructions
- Implement a **shelf-to-sheet inventory system** to simplify and standardize stock counts
- Identify and merge **duplicate items**, ensuring consistent naming conventions across all products
- Provide basic **training and login setup** for staff who will use MarketMan
- Troubleshoot system issues and offer ongoing **guidance and best practices** for daily use
- Assist with regular **data entry and updates** to maintain a clean, functional database

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with MarketMan or similar restaurant inventory platforms
- Strong understanding of restaurant purchasing and inventory systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data entry skills
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly with management
- Bonus: Familiarity with cost control strategies and food costing

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
