Position Responsibilities:

- Develop a solid understanding of AWS databases and their structures to support reporting on key business information.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data dictionary and mapping.
- Review, analyze data, interpret, and summarize key information to help identify trends and insights related to customer payment behavior using statistical techniques.
- Prepare detailed trend analysis, business models, and develop links that are critical in understanding accounts receivable, cash receipts, collections, and financial operations; report findings to management to support the decision-making process.
- Assess and make recommendations for Financial Operations to improve profitability, cash receipts and customer service.
- Using data mining skills, identify and target customers for different collection initiatives.
- Work harmoniously with business stakeholders to validate query results.
- Monitor data quality and resolve any issues in collaboration with data owners.
- Communicate and train other analysts once queries are developed, validated, and operationalized.
- Standardize intake process of documenting business requirements, data exploration, queries, and reporting.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and seek data-based insights for business operations improvement.
- Perform specific data queries.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.
