**About the opportunity**
- Reconciliation and posting of New and pre-owned and dealer trade sales. Record commissions including adjustments, flats and bonuses and prepare and post monthly commissions.
- Reconcile monthly RDR listing to sales posted
- Post, Reconcile and Remit all other insurance and warranty payments.
- Ensure all program receivables are in good standing.
- Post all vehicle purchases.
- Monthly floor plan reconciliation.
- Posting of funding amounts
- Daily reconciliation of the bank.

**About you**
- University Degree or College Diploma in Accounting, Finance and/or Payroll
- previous dealership experience
- comprehensive knowledge of the Federal and Provincial Tax Regulations
- working knowledge of ERA and/or CDK is an asset
- experience working with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- the ability to work within strict deadlines
- the ability to maintain internal controls
- a strong attention to detail and be organized
- the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- the ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- a passion for excellence in execution
- a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
