**The Human Resources Analyst (Engagement Partner) will**:

- Support the optimization activities of our HRIS system
- Provide data management support to our Villages
- Create & Analyze HR related reports and metrics, and all training and implementation activities related to our Human Resources systems and processes
- Travel and a reliable vehicle are required

**As our Human Resources Analyst, you will**:

- Focus on five key areas of support to the Villages and Support Office in providing an exceptional team member experience
- Provide leadership, training and support to Villages in day-to-day transactions, new module implementation, sustainment, and new process implementation
- Training of Team Members will include both in person and online, as well as development of end user guides, and facilitation of process workshops
- Analyze our People Data, prepare quantitative analyses for use in planning
- Create regular reports and insights on team member surveys including metrics and system implementation
- Collaborate with the People team and Villages to develop meaningful measurements, create standardized people metrics, define, analyze and validate reports, create benchmarks and any ad hoc reporting required by leadership or the Villages
- Create data management strategies, including building and maintaining plans for system enhancements, identifying additional functionality and propose improvements to HR system processes in order to enhance effectiveness and support for data management at the Villages
- Provide administration support and education to Villages for our team member benevolent program, the Wilfred Schlegel Hope Fund

**To be successful as our new Engagement Partner, you will**:

- Be a self-starter who is motivated to be responsive and proactive in problem solving and resolution of HR systems concerns, in order to deliver a high level of customer service to our Village team and leaders
- Work comfortably and skillfully with a wide range of computer systems including Microsoft Office, Excel, BI and HRIS systems (UltiPro experience would be an asset, but is not required)
- Have a comprehensive understanding of how compensation, benefits, payroll, recruitment, onboarding and scheduling interrelate to one another and to an HR Analyst role (this would be an asset)
- Build and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with clear, concise and timely communication
- Have a passion and acumen for learning new technology, staying up to date on system changes, and the change management processes required to support
- Provide evidence-based suggestions on reporting, metrics and systems processes to improve the team member experience
- Conduct all data analysis and reports with the end user in mind; seeking to understand what is important, relevant and meaningful
- Be respectful of the rights and dignity of all residents, families, team members and visitors to the Village and addresses any requests with professionalism and care
