**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Back up for payroll and benefits
- Recruitment, including applicant screening, interviewing, offers of employment, new hire set ups and orientation
- Maintaining centralized training database and coordination of scheduled training
- Acting as liaison for WSIB claims
- Oversight of individual employee return-to-work plans for both work related and non-work related injuries
- Preparing and posting both internal and external job postings
- Support of senior team around labour/management requirements
- All other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary School graduate with a minimum of a Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP), or equivalent with relevant work experience
- A minimum of three years' experience in a Human Resources role
- Comprehensive and expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Return to work administration and WSIB claims management experience preferred
- Understanding of privacy legislation, AODA, Employment Standards, Health and Safety legislation and the Ontario Human Rights Code
- Strong attention to detail is critical
