Outside Sales Representative/account Manager

Adrenaline Diesel is the premier destination for heavy diesel diagnostics, powertrain, and ECM programming. Our expertise spans more than a decade and our customers bridge North America and beyond. Due to our highly regarded reputation and high standards, our 7-bay shop is always overflowing with a waitlist. Our parts division represents industry leading products like Full Tilt Performance, Air Dog, and Vibratech as well as an extensive catalogue of custom parts and products manufactured exclusively for Adrenaline Diesel. We have also been named a CATERPILLAR parts distributor, allowing us to compete with the dealerships. Our customer and vendor network spans North America and even Australia.
Adrenaline Diesel is the best of the best. We are ghost hunters, trouble-shooters, and problem solvers. Our sales team understands the importance of information, accuracy, communication, sense of urgency and attention to detail.
**Duties**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and warm calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Present product demonstrations and technical information to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine sales approaches.
- Source products and parts for the highway, mining, construction, agricultural, and commercial industries.
- Prepare estimates, orders, and invoices
**Skills**
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales.
- Experience in business development within technology or technical sales environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that enhance sales efforts.
- Ability to build rapport quickly through cold and warm calling techniques.
- Ability to meet deadlines and to exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to problem solve with a strong attention to detail.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years outside sales experience, preferably in the diesel industry.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at a high level.
- Track record of exceeding customer expectations, meeting targets, and driving growth.
- Valid driver’s license (abstract required upon hire).
- Diesel industry knowledge and experience preferred.
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
