We are looking for **Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers** to lead and develop our store in King City.

**Responsibilities**:
**The Store Managers and Assistant Store Manager supervise, direct, and manage all aspects of store operations, with the goal of achieving maximum sales and exceptional customer service. The Store Manager develops and implements strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, reduce waste and spoilage, and continuously improve customer service throughout the store, while managing and mentoring all department managers and store-level coordinators. In conjunction with employees and department managers, the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager will create a positive and unique shopping experience for our customers, and a high-morale work environment for our employees.**

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of proven successful retail management experience
- ability to lead and develop managers, assistant managers, clerks
- willingness to relocate to other Coppa's Fresh Market locations as required
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- available to work a variety of flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
