**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company policies.
- Train, mentor, and manage bar staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Implement effective cash handling procedures and oversee financial transactions.
- Develop creative drink menus and promote specials to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service across the hotel or venue.

**Experience**
- Strong knowledge of food service operations and customer service best practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Experience in interviewing, training, and managing team members effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest interaction.
