**Responsibilities**:

- Manage purchasing and inventory control teams.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor for compliance.
- Develop and maintain efficient logistics, inventory, procurement, operations, and strategic planning processes.
- Identify opportunities to mitigate material shortages and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with management team to align supply chain goals with company objectives.
- Ensure all health and safety precautions are taken and policies followed.
- Ensure team compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Assist with raw material planning and procurement.
- Conduct additional duties necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- College diploma or University degree in Supply Chain or business-related field
- 5-10 years’ experience in supply chain supervisor / manager role in a mid to high volume manufacturing environment
- Effective and positive verbal and non-verbal communication
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize work and effectively manage time
- Data management and analytical skills
