**The Opportunity**
We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Medicom Manufacturing London. In this role, you will be responsible for integrated planning, forecasting, inventory, and capacity planning for specific made-to-stock product categories. You will analyze historical demand, collaborate with marketing and sales, and ensure sufficient production capacity to meet demand while aligning with Medicom’s planning tools and S&OP principles.
This position requires a strong analytical mindset, practical supply chain knowledge, and the ability to take initiative and lead cross-functional collaboration.
**What You Will Do**
- Build demand forecasts and capacity plans using IBP-FG and planning tools.
- Align demand and supply to minimize backorders while optimizing inventory levels.
- Analyze trends and historical data to guide accurate forecasting and procurement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to adjust and validate forecasts.
- Monitor progress indicators using SCADA, ERP, and MES systems.
- Track and report forecast accuracy, including bias and error rates.
- Manage slow-moving inventory, overstocks, and backorders.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for order and delivery execution.
- Maintain visibility of supplier constraints including lead times, MOQs, and safety stock.
- Enforce quality procedures and ensure compliance with data confidentiality requirements.
**What You Bring**
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain planning.
- At least 1 year in a Demand Planning or Supply Chain Analyst role.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
- Knowledge of S&OP processes and supply chain fundamentals.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders.
- Understanding of medical device or CPG industry dynamics (an asset).
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
**Assets**
- University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or start-up manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with Power BI reporting tools.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
