Vancouver, Canada Vive Social + PR Full time

Our agency is looking for a creative and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. This role is in charge of managing all aspects of a client’s social media and public relations initiatives as well as overseeing and supporting the internal team. This is a hybrid position that requires two in-office days at our Vancouver location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing and developing social media, public relations, and marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and competitive analysis to identify and define audiences
- Writing and proofreading creative copy and all content materials
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative assets and marketing campaigns
- Manage and execute advertising campaigns for clients, reporting on data once complete
- Track and deliver monthly statistics to measure growth
- Meet with clients in a professional and punctual manner
- Proactively stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technology in all aspects of your responsibilities
- Present ideas to clients, attend client meetings as needed and assigned
- Ensuring all deadlines, KPIs, and expectations are met

**Social Media Marketing**
- Manage all social media initiatives on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Provide editorial calendars for each client
- Amend and edit any content requests from the client or Vive management
- Management and strategy of social media ads (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc)

**Public Relations**
- Write press releases, create media lists, and comfortably pitch to media
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, both paid and organic
- Create a full marketing and PR strategy, including out-of-the-box ideas to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Organizing and managing events

**Expectations**:

- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional, timely manner
- Support team projects and colleagues if and when needed
- Undertake tasks as assigned
- Take initiative independently
- Treat colleagues, clients, contractors and Vive affiliates in a professional, respectful manner
- A strong writer and creative thinker
