We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Flexo Press Operator** to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for running printing equipment, ensuring production quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with printing experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with Press Printing machine
- Operate and monitor printing machines to meet daily production goals
- Prepare materials and supplies needed for production jobs
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Complete necessary paperwork and update job records
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

**Qualifications**:

- **3-5 years** of experience in **Flexographic Press** operation and setup
- Strong understanding of press mechanics, tooling, colour mixing, machine controls, and ancillary equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize press performance
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or printing environment is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
