**Overview**

**Duties**
- Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic label presses according to job specifications.
- Review job orders and ensure accurate materials, inks, and substrates are prepared.
- Monitor press during production to maintain color consistency, registration, and overall print quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-3 years operating label presses (flexographic or similar).
- Strong knowledge of press setup, color theory, and print quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets and technical specifications.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for press adjustments and repairs.
- Familiarity with substrates, inks, and finishing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
