As a Customer Support Specialist at AlarmTek Smart Security, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our security systems. Your role will involve direct interaction with customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to security systems, including hardware, software, and network issues.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring they understand and can implement the necessary fixes.
- Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support system.
- Help with CRM and technical issues for office staff.
- Perform additional tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- At least three years experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in the security or technology industry.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Initiative in problem-solving.
- Ability to follow technical instruction manuals and guide others to a resolution.
- Grade 12 education.
