Customer Service / Operations Support
We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic self-starter who enjoys working in a small and dynamic office environment. We are located in Oakville and offer competitive salary and benefits**.**

**Job duties include**:

- Process incoming orders timely and ensure pricing and quantity are correct,
- Communicate with warehouse to ensure orders are being shipped accordingly to customers’ requirement in a cost-effective manner,
- Proactively follow up open orders and work with sales team to resolve any claims and customer issues,
- Maintain customer information database,
- Process vendor invoice and payment,
- Prepare reports and assist with account analysis,
- Assist in annual budget and weekly sales projection,

**Qualifications include**:

- Post-secondary College diploma preferably in business, office administration, accounting, or finance,
- High attention to detail,
- Strong customer service skills and experience,
- Knowledge and experience with EDI,
- Experience with 3PLs
- Knowledge of Netsuite,
- Excellent time management, problem solving and multi-tasking skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Ability to work beyond and outside of normal working hours to meet business needs,
- Willingness and ability to adapt to organizational changes affecting the role,
- Valid G drivers’ license and own transportation.

- Order Entry/processing: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
