**Order Processing Clerk**: The primary responsibility of an Order Processing Clerk is Customer Order Management to help to achieve "The Perfect Order". You will be a responsible member of the Processing team working primarily on online orders, ensuring orders are received and entered correctly for shipping, identifying and resolving order or delivery issues in order to meet customers’ needs **Role Responsibilities**: - Print and prioritize incoming orders. - Prepare shipping labels for online orders. - Invoicing and closing orders. - Perform audits on all platforms to ensure no orders were missed and all have been invoiced and closed accordingly. - Monitor and ensure all cancellation requests are acknowledged, logged, and maintained. - Other tasks that support the Order Processing Team as outlined by direct reports and Senior Management. **Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements**: - Minimum 1 year of experience - Strong Attention to Detail - Team player who can also work independently - Intermediate proficiency with MS Office programs **Salary**: $36,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off Schedule: - 8 hour shift COVID-19 considerations: Masks are worn on premise.
