Then we’d love to hear from you **Quick Stats** - **Pay**: $17.50 per hour + 4% vacation pay + share of tips pool - **Work days options**: daytime, evenings, weekdays, weekends - **Shift options**: 5 hr to 8 hr shifts (eg noon to 5pm, 11am to 7pm, 3pm to 11pm) - **Seasonality**: part-time and full-time hours available during the high season, and part-time shifts available year-round **The Job** Our Hospitality Associates provide visitors with an exceptional cider-centric experience. Depending on interest level and aptitude, team members have the opportunity to work on any of our Hospitality Teams - Tastings, Events, or Culinary - as Cider Guides, Tasting Hosts, Bartenders, Event Assistants, Event Hosts, and Kitchen Assistants. They greet and seat guests, serve food & drinks, explain our ciders, bus tables, help with opening and closing duties, wash glassware, bartend, clean, help restock the bar, set up for events, etc. Focused training on one or more teams is provided, as well as dedicated cider training. We foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture and are tenacious in our efforts to produce outstanding cider and memorable customer experiences. **About You** You are a positive, service-oriented person keen to play a team role in a collaborative environment that values kindness, conscientiousness, and fun In addition, you have: ***Education**: Serving It Right - required; Foodsafe Level 1 - an asset. ***Vocational** experience: an aptitude for customer service - required; at least one year of food & beverage service - required. ***Industry** experience in the hospitality, food & beverage, events or retail sectors - required. ***Communication skills**: strong. A gift for customer service, resolving customer complaints successfully, and avoiding complaints in the first place. Demonstrated success in teamwork and helping to foster an inclusive, positive work environment. ***Personal aptitude**: curiosity, great listening skills and openness to feedback. Ability to work well with others and to jump in to help when needed. ***Work week availability**: able to work part-time, daytime or evening shifts, weekdays and/or weekends. ***Physical requirements**: The physical strength to safely carry cases of cider, move stacks of chairs, etc, and the physical stamina to work on your feet for hours at a time; able to work outside. **A **Health & Safety** mindset in the workplace - required.
