Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections Analyst for the **Joseph Group of Companies**.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results oriented individual for the position of Credit & Collections (Full time) analyst.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day-to-day collections, account file reviews, releasing of credit held orders and recommendations of credit worthiness.
- Develop and maintain key account relationships in support of company goals and credit policies.
- Promote and contribute to the success of partnership between all departments through continuous communication.
- Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies and performing account/payment reconciliations.
- Initiate collection calls and coordinate with account executives for escalated receivables issues.
- Document in customer accounts for the collection efforts.

What you bring
- Minimum 3-5 years high volume collections and account receivable reconciliations.
- Transportation industry preferred.
- Exceptional Microsoft office skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy in ERP systems and Microsoft Office - specifically excel.
- Post-secondary education in accounting or business-related studies preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to prevent, analyze and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
- Structured independent thinker with ability to work as part of a national team.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic with proven ability to adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude in an entrepreneurial environment
- Honest and team oriented, active at cultivating business & workplace relationships.
