We are looking for an experienced Pools Service Supervisor for our client located in Stouffville. They are into the business of pool maintenance.

**Responsibilities**:
**Organization**
- Oversee the preparation and fulfillment of service contracts.
- Ensure toolbox talks, training and safety is reviewed throughout the season.
- Maintenance of sales call list related to new and replacement winter covers.
- Ensure client needs are met and work completed.
- Assess the number of staff required to meet and increase service capacity.
- Determine inventory, stock and equipment requirements for department and vehicles.
- Lead the pool and spa cover process from design to installation.

**Customer Relations**
- Respond to escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
- Communicate schedule changes to customers.
- Review safety standards and requirements with customers as needed throughout the season.
- Provide documentation and letters to customers based on health and safety recommendations due to
- completed Job Hazard Analysis or Work Refusal.

**Tasks**
- Organize existing and new customer work orders and runs geographically.
- Schedule team meetings, toolbox talks, training and team events.
- Adjust runs daily to accommodate for on-site issues related to accessibility, safety standards, pools
- requiring sick bay or repairs.
- Communicate with construction managers on signing up new builds for openings/closings.
- Design, quote and order pool and spa covers of all types.
- Organize manufacturer repairs for safety covers.
- Log customers in need of new and replacement winter covers and follow up sales calls.
- Prepare seasonal service contracts.
- Ensure rate increases are calculated and communicated to the Service Manager and Human Resources
- ahead of the start of the season.
- Contact seasonal employees regarding return dates, communicate staggered start dates to human resources with ample time to schedule policy refreshers.
- Respond to employee safety concerns, follow up with the health and safety department for next steps.
- Complete and submit accident/incident reports to health and safety department, copying HR to ensure records are in employee file.

**Requirements**:

- Always maintain health and safety standards.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to always maintain a professional demeanor when representing the company.
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
- Highly motivated, organized, and reliable.
- Full understanding of Pool Service process and standards.
- Ability to perform service runs when required.
- Experience using Microsoft suite products and SharePoint.
- Previous dispatching and logistics experience required.
- Advanced pool chemistry knowledge.
- Self-motivated, results-driven and independent thinking skills.

**Work Conditions**:

- This position requires the ability to travel.
- Ability to lift and manipulate objects of up to 45 lbs is required.
- Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required (e.g. Gas Mask, safety boots, etc.)
- Willing to work in all weather conditions (rain, wind, heat etc)
- Must be able to work in a shared open office setting.

**Location**:Stouffville

**Working hours**: 7:00am to 5:00pm (Mon - Fri)

**Pay Rate**: $25/hr. to $35/hr. (depending upon experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
