We are seeking a friendly and reliable Pool Store Associate to join our team for the pool season As an essential part of our customer service team, you will provide excellent service to customers by assisting with product selection, answering phone calls, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls, direct them to appropriate team members, and take clear and concise messages when necessary
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their product inquiries, offering guidance on the chemicals needed for their pool
- Perform water tests to help customers determine the right chemicals for their pool maintenance
- Assist customers during checkout and process purchases accurately
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store
- Restock shelves and ensure inventory is up-to-date and easily accessible
- Help maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere within the store

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Comfortable working in a team & independently
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to various customer needs
- Must be available to work during the summer months (May-September)
- Previous pool or water testing experience is a plus

**Hours**:
Thursdays: 3pm-7pm

Fridays: 3pm-7pm

Saturdays: 9am-4pm

*O_pportunity to work up to 20 hours / week is available._
- Closed on long weekends, with the exception of Victoria Day Weekend

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
