**Job Description**:
We are looking for a new member on the Total Rewards team You will report to the Senior Manager of Total Rewards. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations in total rewards and will work closely with Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition team members, and managers.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Provide administration support on compensation-related activities such as job documentation, job evaluation, total reward survey participation, ESPP, the market review process, and year-end activities (timeline, meeting coordination/planning, update materials, and spreadsheets)
- Provide administrative support to the Benefits team in drafting benefit memos to be sent out to all eligible employees.
- Be the first point of contact for all benefit-related inquiries from employees.
- Maintain job codes and job profiles in Workday.
- Review job descriptions to ensure accurate job content.
- Responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, coordination, and data analysis for various Total Reward initiatives.
- Manage the vendor creation and purchase order process for the Total Rewards team.
- Assist HRBPs with the year-end performance review process.
- Complete ad-hoc projects as needed by the business

- 1 year of dynamic and proven compensation/total rewards experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to think proactively, critically, and independently to make good decisions, an inquisitive problem solver.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment with a high degree of change and ambiguity; able to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize.
- A clear and succinct communicator (verbal and written); excellent listening skills.
- Understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Embrace continuous improvement by proposing new and/or better ways of doing things.
