**Job Overview**

Abundant Potential Therapy Services Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. This position focuses on providing one-on-one speech therapy to children in their home environment across Calgary.

**Duties**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children’s speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each child’s developmental needs.
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions in the child’s home or community setting.
- Provide coaching and guidance to families to support carryover of skills into daily routines.
- Collaborate with therapy aides and other professionals (e.g., occupational therapists, behavior consultants) when appropriate.
- Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies based on the child’s evolving needs.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards.
- Stay current with best practices and innovations in pediatric speech-language therapy.

**Experience**
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
- Valid provincial licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist with **Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA)**:

- Experience working with pediatric patients is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

Pay: $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
