**Eco Property Maintenance** is based out of North Vancouver and specializes in maintaining gardens for residential homes, commercial properties & strata complexes throughout the North Shore & Lower Mainland.

Our dedicated team has over 20+ years of experience in all aspects of landscaping & garden maintenance as well as additional help from our sister company Vancouver Premier Contracting for those bigger install projects, you know your garden is in the very best hands.

**Position**: Field Sales Representative (Door to Door Sales)
**Location**: North Vancouver & West Vancouver
**Employment Type**: Part-Time to Full-Time (Minimum 16 hours/week)
**Reports To**: Sales Manager
**Working Hours**: Primarily late afternoons and evenings; flexible days and hours.

**What We Offer**:

- **Base Pay**: $18 per hour.
- **Commission**: Earn on every booked estimate and completed job.
- **On-Target Bonuses**: $500 for every 100 booked estimates

**The Role**:As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll connect with homeowners in the North Vancouver and West Vancouver area, promoting our property maintenance services. You'll work closely with our enthusiastic and passionate team, helping homeowners improve and maintain their properties.
- **Generating Leads**: Acquiring valuable information from potential clients.
- **Booking Estimates**: Coordinating with our estimating team for quick turnaround times.
- **Closing Deals**: Helping secure jobs for our services.

The quicker the process from lead acquisition to job completion, the better your earnings

**Who We're Looking For**:

- A positive, energetic, and self-motivated individual.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in door-to-door or direct sales.
- A desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently while being a valuable team player.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a BC drivers license
- Reliable vehicle to drive to assigned marketing areas
- **Minimum 3**years experience in sales
- Legally allowed to work in Canada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
