**Commissions Coordinator**

As the Commissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- calculating and submitting to payroll the commission and bonuses earned by our direct business-to-business Sales Representatives.
- maintaining compensation grids and sales headcount
- issuing compensation plans

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monthly, review and verify the Commission System generated commission and bonus statements for Sales Representatives and Managers and input manual adjustments as required
- Generate monthly Sales Performance Reports
- Liaise with various departments such as Human Resources, Sales, Price Desk and Administration to ensure accurate compensation payments, internal code, pricing, and billing
- Issue sales compensation plans BSS sales teams and track acknowledgements

**To Succeed, You Will Need**:

- A minimum of one year of professional work experience
- Ability to learn systems or some experience using systems such as SalesForce and Oracle
- Ability to create Vlook up and use basic formulas in Excel
- Attention to detail
- Mathematical aptitude
- Some post-secondary education in accounting, finance or business administration is preferred
- Good communication and time management skills
