Receptionist/service Advisor Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers that arrive for their service appointment
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department/person
- Assist the Service Advisors in managing work orders and customer service requests.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Accept parts deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
**Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant or service advisor in an automotive setting
- Proficiency in phone systems and auto shop management software
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English Fluently (required)
