**Thornhill Skin Clinic** is seeking a **Customer Service/ Receptionist **to join our amazing team.

- Comfortable with internet-based programs, google, online databases
- Must be a super star at multi-tasking between phone conversations & computer work.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily clinical workflow which includes supporting our clients and technicians.
- Scheduling patient appointments while paying special attention to staff schedules, treatment room use, and service time allotment.
- Maintenance of the clinic Instagram stories and TikTok.
- Ensure that all patient communication from our clinic is accurate and relevant to the goals of the practice.
- Process client payments with accuracy.
- Prepping client files and ensuring that proper consents are always signed and up to date.
- Advising clients on skin care, and recommending suitable treatments and home care regimens.
- General office maintenance, cleaning and clinic sanitization
- Preparing online store orders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
