**The Role**:
We are looking for a Tenant Services Coordinator specializing in relationship management with commercial tenants utilizing landlord programs in place and enhancing others.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the creation and execution of content for the Madison Concierge+ tenant app including events, charitable promotions, tenant promotions, local area updates, publicizing tenant programs. Coordinate and participate in internal strategy meetings with Marketing Department
- Answer tenant inquiries
- Assist and coordinate with Marketing Department of all internal tenant events
- Coordinate with tenant and Director of Property Services regarding construction build out of tenant premises (coordination of contractor activities including assisting in preparing scopes of work for pricing, pricing review, purchase order preparation, acquisition of contractor documentation, monitoring of contractor activities during construction, general administration of contractor activities, monitor and report on project schedule status
- Liaises with new tenants during and after move in to ensure effective delivery of Premises
- Assist with Tenant Satisfaction and Building Sustainability surveys and resulting Tenant Survey Action Plans
- Manage and maintain tenant booking of the tenant amenity “FlexSpace”
- Filing of tenant communications and other property documentation
- Relief reception coverage in the event of absence (internal headquarters)
- Provide other administrative assistance to the commercial and operational teams as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education in business administration, project management, property management or equivalent
- Background in marketing/event planning preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of administrative or office related experience in commercial property management or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in Yardi and Angus software systems is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Forward thinker who is creative and can think outside the box
- Accurate and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills; ability to allocate one's time effectively, manage and meet tight deadlines; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities, and adapt to new ideas and constant changes; ability to use initiative and self-management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet goals and objectives.
- Outstanding customer service, communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, trades, suppliers, service providers, various internal and external stakeholders
