The Health and Safety Administrator role's main purpose is to provide administrative services and technical support for health and safety in our organization.

**What you will do**:

- Responsible for updating the Health & Safety Manual and any relevant policies.
- Onboarding of new employees and training of existing employees on safety related items.
- Oversee internal compliance with the COR safety program for the organization as well as assisting with external audits.
- Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of safety training records (electronic and paper files).
- Participate in Joint Work Health and Safety committee meetings and take minutes.
- Compile relevant health and safety reporting and statistics in third party portals (ISN, Complyworks, Avetta, etc.).
- Lead or assist with WCB and WorkSafeBC investigations and reporting.

**What you bring**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Process oriented and systematic in the performance of work.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly is a key requirement.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (word, excel).
- Experience working with Complyworks, Avetta, and ISN is preferred.
- Experience working in a Google workspace, with Adobe and SiteDocs is considered an asset.
