**Responsibilities**
- Execute installation and maintenance of copper and fiber optic networks for residential and small business customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to internet connectivity, voice services, and data transmission
- Perform precise fiber splicing, terminations, and structured cabling in accordance with industry standards
- Operate safely at elevated heights (up to 28 feet) utilizing ladders and rooftop access systems
- Deliver high-quality customer support with a focus on professionalism and satisfaction
- Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and organizational quality standards

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years** of experience in copper and fiber installation/repair (preferred)
- Hands-on skills **in fiber splicing, copper troubleshooting**, and structured wiring
- Basic understanding **of low-voltage** systems and networking
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with **Bell Canada or Bell MTS** is considered a strong asset
