- Install and terminate fiber optic cables in various environments, including residential and commercial settings.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on fiber optic systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to diagnose network issues related to Ethernet and low voltage systems.
- Configure and maintain Cisco routers as part of the network setup process.
- Document all work performed, including installation details and any issues encountered during service calls.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status, timelines, and any necessary follow-up actions.

**Experience**
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in telecommunications or related fields.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts, particularly Ethernet protocols.
- Experience working with low voltage electrical systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools for installation and repair tasks.
- Knowledge of telecommunication equipment, including Cisco routers, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
