**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Oversee training development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Communication with warehouse personnel
- monitor timesheets for Payroll
- Implement process improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations while ensuring best practices in HR management.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing workplace concerns.

**Skills**
- Proficient with systems for effective HR management.
- Strong experience in HR sourcing, recruiting, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated program management abilities to oversee various HR initiatives successfully.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for efficient recruitment processes.
- Proven track record in training development and enhancing employee performance through targeted programs.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement within HR functions to increase operational efficiency.
- Experience with Immigration processes
- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Min 3-5 years in a managerial position

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
