The **Human Resources Manager** implements HR solutions that enable the business to successfully achieve its objectives. Partnering with our Fintech organization, the incumbent executes and monitors HR strategies and programs, including performance management, talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, and career development. The incumbent works closely with HR Specialty Areas to deliver high-quality service and provide guidance and coaching.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Build trust-based relationships with employees across our global organization.
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to people managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, performance, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective for the company.
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business objectives of the company
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the senior management regarding key organizational and management issues.
- Counsel with management and employees regarding employee relations concerns and issues. Facilitate conflict resolution, conduct mediations and advise management on the process.
- Develop performance management processes and consult with management on performance management issues.
- Consult with the management team in the planning stages of compensation proposals such as career progression, market and equity salary adjustments and supplemental compensation.
- Review, propose and implement a benefits structure that aligns with the firm’s strategic direction and budget.
- Support Onboarding, Leave and Absence process management.
- Arrange for training needs assessments and may assist in the delivery of training and development programs.
- Maintain all personnel related records information, payroll records, regulatory records, training and development records, time off records and performance reviews.
- Review, implement and coach managers on programs to promote employee engagement and positive employee relations including employee recognition programs.
- Legal requirements and federal and state regulations related to the Human Resources function.
- Working structure, policies, mission, and strategies of the company.
- Principles, practices and procedures of compliance regulations.
**What You’ll Be Bringing to The Team**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Preferred: 1+ years in Tech or Fintech industry
- At least 5 years of HR experience in a partner or advisory role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of provincial employment legislation
- Prior experience supporting various HR programs and initiatives
- Solid Knowledge of HRIS systems
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability with communication, social, managing complexity, conflict, collaboration, engagement and collaboration
- Proficient in French language

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
