Part-Time Sales Representative (Retired Preferred)

Mad Gringo Hot Sauce, a family-run business for 12 years, is seeking a retired, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team part-time. This role offers flexible hours, perfect for someone looking to stay active in the industry without the full-time commitment.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development:

- Actively prospect and identify potential customers, retailers, and distributors to expand our market presence.
- Attend outdoor events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase and sell Mad Gringo hot sauces.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Account Management:

- Manage and maintain existing accounts with major retailers, including Sobeys and Atlantic Superstore, ensuring their satisfaction and ongoing business.
- Regularly visit retail locations to monitor stock levels, provide product knowledge training, and address any concerns or issues.

Reporting and CRM:

- Utilize CRM and reporting tools effectively to track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Provide regular reports to the sales manager, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry, is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Ability to make a minimum of 30 sales calls per day.
- Storage space and own vehicle required.
