**Job Description**:
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for a building maintenance team and management with subcontractors. The incumbent will:
Manage a team of 4 people on a day shift;
Manage and maintain several buildings
Coordinate work with external partners;
Manage subcontractors from purchase requisition to work validation and invoicing.
Use the CMMS system;
Manage administrative tasks;
And as needed, assist staff with wall, floor and ceiling repairs, door installation (locks, handles, hinges, etc.), carpentry work, minor work (plumbing, painting, changing light bulbs and neon lights, etc.), installation of air conditioning units and water heaters;

**Qualifications**:
2 years' experience or more in an equivalent position;
Valid class 5 driver's license;
Experience in managing several buildings
Experience in dealing with various emergencies and a strong sense of priorities
Strong personnel management skills;
Good customer service skills;
Resourceful and autonomous;
Additional Information

**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
