Facility Operation Manager

We are looking for a Facility Manager, fluent in Chinese English and French, to oversea renting, administration, housekeeping, and in-suite maintenance of its office building by working with the Property Management Service company, contractors, and service providers.
**Responsibilities：**
Responsible for the maintenance of power supply system, air conditioning equipment, elevator system, water supply and drainage system, fire equipment system.
Supervise service teams including security, cleaning, contractors, and service providers；
Manage day-to-day estate operation of the property, including estate management, building operations, and technical operations；
Lease administration and rent collection；
Oversee office renovation ；
Responsible for budget preparation；
Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints/inquiries of residents；
Handle the emergencies of the property and perform ad hoc duties as required；
**Qualifications**:
Minimum 5 years experience in property management；
Knowledge of Quebec laws governing rental properties；
Proactive and customer-orientated with good communication skills；
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills；
Excellent command of French or English (spoken and written)；
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software；
**Bonus skills and experience**
Understanding of the local market ；
Degree in Property, Housing Management, or related discipline is a plus；
Proficient in Mandarin and French；
