**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the office and testing facilities
- Responsible for executing on maintenance and continuous improvement
- Responsible for shipping and receiving of products and equipment
- Responsible for inventory material handling
- Manage the tracking and replenishment of PPE, office supplies and items pertaining to meals and entertainment
- Facilitating setups for company events
- Run errands (physical pickup/purchases of products, equipment, supplies)
- Opening of product and organization of stock as needed

**Qualification/Experience**
- Janitorial experience. Ensuring that facilities, including lavatories, are kept at desired standard
- Handy man experience. Able to work with power tools. Experience in general handy work such as painting, dry wall, metal and wood working
- Industrial Maintenance. Ensuring that equipment is maintained as per manufacturer recommendation. Designing and executing on a preventive maintenance schedule
- Driver's license. Able to run errands around the location of the office
- Shipping and Receiving - Experience with setting up and executing shipping and receiving task an asset
- Inventory management - Experience with setting up and maintaining an inventory system an asset
