As a Facilities Coordinator at Aylo, you will be responsible for various aspects of facility management, including maintenance, coordination, and assisting with the relocation process to our new office. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to perform physical tasks, as well as administrative tasks.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Assist with the packing, moving, and unpacking of equipment, furniture, and supplies during the relocation process.
- Handle minor repairs and troubleshooting for facility-related issues, including HVAC systems, lighting fixtures, and office furniture to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our facilities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair tasks, as needed.
- Assist with the processing of facilities-related requests through a service ticket interface.
- Act as a key person for the Facilities department and collaborate with various teams to bring projects to completion.
- Produce reports and create documentation on an ad hoc basis.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must haves**:

- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience and knowledge of general repairs.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing facility-related issues.
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with tact and diplomacy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
