**Work Environment**:
**Qualifications**:

- Real Estate License/Administrative Experience - This is a MUST HAVE
- Knowledge of farming is preferred
- Intermediate computer skills, including Windows operating system, Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering client inquiries, requiring independent research and problem-solving
- Preparation and proofreading of correspondence, legal forms, and other documents
- Compiling, tracking, and reporting property information, statistics, business income and expenses, and/or job activities
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism in communication with the team and with clients
- Marketing activities, including but not limited to social media, placing classified ads, etc.
- Coordinating outside vendors including photographers, videographers, lawyers, lenders, and more

**Skills**:

- Keyboarding skills (minimum 40wpm)
- Oral and written communication
- Problem solving
- Continuous learning
- Ability to follow written instructions
- High level of attention to detail
- Job task planning and organization
- Decision making/critical thinking

**Education**:

- Post-secondary education in administration, legal assistant, office management, business, or other relevant program
- Real Estate license (Saskatchewan) - nice to have

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
