**About Us**:
TST-CF Express has been an industry leader for over 80 years, specializing in Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight. TST-CF Express is located across Canada wide, and through its strategic partnerships provides transportation services across North America.
- **TST-CF Express is actively to hire Outbound Operations Manager for Vancouver LTL **_(**Hiring Immediately)**
- **Shift hours: 5 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.**_

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Service Center Manager, you will be responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of dockworkers, hostlers to:

- Achieve efficient loading/unloading of schedules while ensuring on time departures/services and maintaining or lowering controllable expenses
- Supervising loading/unloading processes to ensure safe and claims-free practices
- Effective routing and planning of delivery routes to achieve objectives and control costs

You will also be responsible for attaining the established objectives in the following areas consistent with the principles and goals of TST-CF Express
- Cross-dock productivity
- Load factor
- Cargo claims
- Service levels
- General housekeeping of service center dock
- Administrative duties to support an efficient operation
- Ensuring a safe, clean and positive workplace
- Meeting all safety objectives

**Job Requirements**:

- Three to Five years of transportation experience including staff supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid leadership skills and committed to the quality of our customers.
- Excellent planning and scheduling skills
- Able to excel in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- AS400 skills/knowledge an asset
- Dispatch experience an asset
- Knowledge of unions and how they operate (CBA)
- Possess high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
