As a Payroll Supervisor at Wilson’s Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time while adhering to all relevant legislation and regulations. You will manage and process payrolls, maintain internal records, and support the overall financial goals of the organization.

**What we are looking for**:

- Post-secondary education or certification in payroll accounting, finance, business, related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 plus year’s payroll experience with preference given to those who have processed payroll in unionized or federally regulated workplaces
- Experience using accounting and payroll software (QuickBooks or Rise People preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work with and manipulate a large amount of data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting and payroll principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- 1 or more years’ experience in other areas of accounting and finance preferred
