**Responsibilities**
- Install ductless and ducted heat pumps.
- Perform appliance repairs and ensure all systems are functioning properly.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in installation or maintenance roles, preferably within HVAC or plumbing industries.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
