**L'opportunité**
Vous êtes un spécialiste du marketing de croissance capable de diriger notre stratégie d'acquisition numérique, d'optimiser l'ensemble du tunnel de conversion marketing et d'augmenter les contributions qualifiées au pipeline ? Ce poste combine les médias payants, l'analyse des performances et l'exécution de campagnes. Vous utiliserez également des outils d'IA générative pour accélérer les tests, l'adaptation du contenu et la segmentation des données.
**Principales responsabilités**
- Lancer et optimiser les campagnes de performance (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatique).- Réaliser des tests A/B et gérer des expériences pour améliorer les taux de conversion.- Développer et gérer des tableaux de bord pour rendre compte des MQL, du CAC et du ROAS.- Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales et RevOps pour harmoniser la qualification et le transfert des prospects.- Mettre en œuvre et itérer des flux de maturation des prospects à l'aide d'outils tels que HubSpot.
- Appliquer l'IA générative (par exemple, ChatGPT, Gemini) pour les variations publicitaires, le contenu des pages de destination et les stratégies de segmentation.
**Compétences**
- 5 ans ou plus dans le marketing numérique/de croissance, de préférence dans le domaine du B2B ou du SaaS.- Résultats démontrables en matière de génération de prospects, de taux de conversion et de vitesse du pipeline.- Expérience des outils de gestion de campagnes et des CRM.- Solides compétences en analyse et en narration de données.- Connaissance du référencement, de l'automatisation du marketing et de l'optimisation de la conversion.

**The Opportunity**
Are you a Growth Marketer who can lead our digital acquisition strategy, optimize the whole marketing funnel, and increase qualified pipeline contributions? This role combines paid media, performance analytics, and campaign execution. You will also use generative AI tools to support faster testing, content adaptation, and data segmentation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Launch and optimize performance campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic).- Conduct A/B testing and manage experiments to improve conversion rates.- Develop and manage dashboards to report on MQLs, CAC, and ROAS.- Collaborate with sales and RevOps to align on lead qualification and handoff.- Implement and iterate lead-nurturing flows using tools like HubSpot.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years in digital/growth marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS.- Demonstrable results in lead generation, conversion rate and pipeline velocity- Experience with campaign management tools and CRMs.- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills.- Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, and conversion optimization.
