Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for construction, property maintenance, and restoration? We’re a growing restoration and property maintenance company based in Calgary, AB, seeking a seasoned Project Manager or General Manager to lead our operations and field teams.
This is a key leadership role for someone with proven industry experience, capable of managing multiple crews and overseeing end-to-end restoration and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple property maintenance and restoration projects (residential and commercial)
- Manage crews for roofing (repair and re-roofing), siding (repair and replacement), and general restoration
- Coordinate project scheduling, budgeting, materials procurement, and subcontractor management
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client specifications
- Handle detailed project reporting, documentation, and quality control
- Maintain strong communication with clients, insurance companies, and stakeholders
- Drive profitability by monitoring and controlling costs, margins, and job performance
- Train, mentor, and supervise field staff and crew leads
- Support insurance claims processes and ensure proper documentation for approvals
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- 5+ years of experience in property maintenance, restoration, or construction project management
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, siding, and other building envelope components
- Experience managing insurance claim projects and communicating with adjusters
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously
- Exceptional skills in time management, organization, and reporting
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- High standards of accountability, reliability, and professionalism
- A motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset
